These Terms of Service apply to the Split Infinity Radio website, live radio stream, account features, request and voting tools, charts, games, Discord-linked features, and related station services.
By accessing, browsing, or using the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Electronic communications
To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms, the Privacy policy, and other notices or communications about your use of the service may be provided electronically by posting them on the site, sending them to an email address you provide, or delivering them through a connected account or service.
Notices posted on the site or delivered electronically will be treated as written communications. If you opt out of receiving necessary service communications, we may need to limit or terminate account access.
Accounts and linked services
Some features require an account or a linked third-party identity. You agree to provide accurate information, keep linked accounts secure, and not use another person's identity or account without permission.
We may reject, rename, suspend, or terminate accounts, display names, profile content, or linked identities that are misleading, offensive, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or harmful to the station or its listeners.
Prohibited uses
When using the service, you agree not to do any of the following:
- Submit confidential or personally identifiable information about another person unless you are authorized to disclose it.
- Post or transmit material that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, embarrassing, or invasive of someone else's privacy.
- Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent an affiliation, or submit false, incomplete, or misleading information.
- Post material that violates a contract, fiduciary duty, copyright, trademark, trade-secret right, or other legal right.
- Access, probe, scan, test, hack, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the service or any account, server, host, network, authentication system, or security measure.
- Send spam, flooding, repetitive text, unsolicited promotions, junk mail, chain letters, malware, corrupted data, or code designed to damage or interfere with the service.
- Share account access, forge technical headers, scrape the service with unauthorized tools, or delete or alter another user's submitted information without permission.
Moderation and enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, involve moderators or administrators, or contact law enforcement where appropriate.
We are not obligated to host, preserve, restore, or continue displaying any user-submitted content or account feature.
Intellectual property
Split Infinity Radio owns or licenses the intellectual property used by the station, including text, graphics, images, logos, service marks, HTML, software, button icons, page design, station branding, and other creative material.
You may download or print one copy of site materials for personal, non-commercial use if you keep existing notices and disclaimers intact. Any other copying, distribution, retransmission, modification, framing, sale, public display, public performance, or commercial use requires prior written permission from SIRadio.
The limited exception is station promotional material that SIRadio makes available for public promotion. SIRadio retains ownership of that material, but it may be used for station promotional purposes unless a specific asset says otherwise.
Copyright claims
We will review proper notices of alleged copyright or intellectual-property infringement involving site material and will respond appropriately under applicable legal guidelines.
Claims should be sent to info@siradio.fm and should include the signature or authority of the person acting for the copyright owner, a description of the copyrighted work, contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the owner or the law.
Links and third-party services
The site may link to third-party websites and services. Those services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
You may link to SIRadio as long as the link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or a formal connection and your site does not contain unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, defamatory, or privacy-invasive material.
Disclaimers
You assume responsibility and risk for your use of the service and the internet generally. The service and posted materials are provided on an "as is", "with all faults", and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security, compatibility, or the absence of harmful mechanisms.
We are not responsible for the cost of servicing or replacing equipment, software, or data resulting from use of the service, nor for material posted by users or third parties.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Split Infinity Radio, its operators, agents, suppliers, and other third parties mentioned on the service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, business-interruption, or similar damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Where a limitation or exclusion cannot apply in whole or in part, our maximum liability for all claims arising from use of the service is limited to 100 USD or the lowest amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.
Indemnity
By using the service, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Split Infinity Radio, its operators, officers, agents, and employees harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, and attorneys' fees arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, or your breach of these Terms.
International use and governing law
The service is maintained and operated from Greece. We make no representation that the service or materials are lawful or available in every jurisdiction. If you access the service from outside Greece, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
These Terms and disputes related to the service are governed by the laws of Greece. To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes will be handled in the courts located in Athens, Greece.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by revising this page. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts remain in effect. A waiver of one provision does not waive any other provision or future enforcement of the same provision.
