This week saw the long awaited and much anticipated release of Soundgarden's comeback album King Animal. And from it we expected so much, and also almost expected dissapointment. After all comebacks don't usually hold the same magic as when the band were first a big thing. Bands look older, sound different, even play different the second time around, but lately things have changed. The Rolling Stones released Doom and Gloom like it was still 1972 and they were still young, Kiss made a respectable comeback with Monster and Aerosmith came back with Music From Another Dimension, showing us all that grandad is still capable of rocking.
