EA has announced that The Godfather is now going to be released on the PSP and 360, but with more cowbell. The Godfather, a GTA-style movie spin-off, will still have the familiar mission-based gameplay of the original but have an exclusive 'turf wars' strategy mode and the 360 version, will include "all-new missions and contract hits, a new family compound, new venues, and more interaction with key characters." Scheduled for release this autumn. Kapeesh?

The Twilight Forge module, the second in a series of modules to be released by Turbine, features a new story module consisting of a series of adventures culminating in an epic encounter against a legendary foe - the Warforged Titan. The Twilight Forge also includes several new features designed to improve game play.

Vivendi is the latest company to jump on the viral marketing campaign bandwagon with a new F.E.A.R. web page, and it's counting down to something. The only clue it gives is; "COMBAT is coming", with a countdown timer that has about 20 days left on it (at the time of writing). Calculations suggest that whatever it is we will find out during the first minutes after midnight on the morning of August 18th.Current rumours suggest its either an Xbox 360 port of the game.. or a PC expansion pack with team combat.
