It was a marevlous night indeed. Fun for everyone, but more fun for City of Heroes/Villains who totally stormed the awards.
City of Heroes/Villains grabbed no less than 8 Wasabi Awards (Best Graphics, Best Community, Best Gameplay, Roleplayer's Choice, Newbie's Choice, Best Newcomer, Best Storyline and the flagship award of Best Game), proving the best way that their community is rigid and united.
The Matrix Online and Everquest 2 secured many 3rd and 2nd places while the latter one got the Wasabi Award for Best Sound.
Star Trek Online is seemingly the game that most people are waiting for and hence got the Most Anticipated Game award, and Guild Wars, being a PVP-centered game secured the Best PVP Award with ease.
Finally, the Favourite Company award was conquered by NCSoft, with marginally more votes than Sony Onine Entertainment.
An edited Podcast of the Awards ceremony will soon be available for download.
