Battle for Middle-earth II demo

With Lord of the Rings, The Battle for Middle-earth II (PC) game set to hit shelves at the end of the month, GameSpot is getting ready to offer gamers an early peek at the game in the form of a single-player demo. They even have a countdown timer on their site ticking down the "precious" seconds until the Demo's release

Coming in at a whopping 1.3Gb this demo allows gamers to choose from two of the three new factions in Battle for Middle-earth II (goblins and dwarves), and get used to them on a pair of maps covering a tutorial and single-player skirmish mode. Although it might require an overnight download for those people from middle-earth without decent broadband. [Link]
