Courtesy of Ex Libris, the Community Relations Coordinator at City of Heroes & Villains, we are able to give away codes for the PPD Hardsuit!

Now, this is going to be a very different type of contest.  Instead of a random drawing, costume contest, trivia, or anything of that nature, we're going to have you send in the REASON why your character(s) need the PPD Hardsuit.

It could be twenty words, it could be five-hundred words.  These things are totally up to you.  But remember, the better the reason, the more likely you are to win a code.  Work in your character bios, or come up with new ones, anything that you think will help!

Now, here are the rules:

- No Split Infinity Radio employee(s) or associate(s) may enter in this contest. (Sorry guys!)
- ONE entry per City of Heroes & Villains global name / account.
- No crude language or situations, this is still a Teen rated game.
- Active City of Heroes & Villain accounts only.
- No minimum or maximum word counts - whatever you think is appropriate.
- No NCNC or NCSoft employee(s) will be deemed judges.
- The decisions of the judge(s) are final.

We will be going over these rules during Unmasked on Friday at 10pm EST, and the Lizard Lounge on Saturday at 10pm EST as well.  All entries must be in by Thursday, September 18th at 6pm EST, without exception.

The winners will be announced at Unmasked on Friday, September 19th, at 10pm EST.  There may or may not be a second chance drawing on the next day during the Lizard Lounge.  

All contestants will be notified via e-mail of their status after the contest ends.
