Radio News
There might still be hope for Duke Nukem
Definately looks like him

The news that 3D Realms closed its doors grabbed the world by their shirt and created sever hype and dissapointment throughout the world. At the same time, Apogee came forward and announced to shacknews that "Deep Silver and Apogee Software are not affected by the situation at 3D Realms," and that "Development on the Duke Nukem Trilogy is continuing as planned."
We'd say that we find the whole ordeal with 3D Realms suspicious to begin with, and Apogee describing it as a "situation" only works into enhancing speculations of a possible humongous publicity and marketing stunt and articles such as the Chair Story do not alleviate any such feelings.

Add to the fact that Apogee was resurrected from its ashes only last July, we wouldn't be surprised should Apogee holds on to the Duke Nukem franchise rights (First part of the trilogy for handhelds is slated for a September release)

We at Split Infinity Radio dislike going all tabloid like, but the hype is so high at the moment and with things going as they do, we can only say that something smells funny in the state of Denmark and it's not just the cheese
