Three Words: Sentient Tenticle Rape.

Personally, I fell head over heels in love with The Darkness in 2007 a few months after it was released, so of course I'm pleased to hear that they're making a sequel to it.

Now as one of the lesser known tidbits of news from comic-con Topcow did announce that there was a sequel in progress. The only real worry at this point is that it is not being developed by Starbreeze studios and apparently Mike Patton (the voice of The Darkness) has not yet been approached about taking reins as the voice yet.

Right now at this point all we know is that the game is in development by a mystery developer. Hopefully it'll be a studio that will do it right and the sequel will keep with the same original flavor the first game had.

                   Yup. Tis a logo.

Listen up all you GearHeads out there! New Gears of War 2 DLC is now available for you to grab through XBOX Live! Now of course we have two delicious flavors of chaos for you so you can deliver the pain while whippin some chain.

If you're a Veteran of the series and already have the previously released DLC for Gears 2 then you'll be looking to pick up the new Dark Corners Multiplayer Map Pack. It contains seven new multiplayer maps and a single player level titled "Road to Ruin" for around 1200 MSP or roughly $15 USD.

Now if you're a new recruit to the series then you might want to go ahead and shell out an extra 400 MSP for the All Fronts Collection. This DLC contains all multiplayer maps and the "Road to Ruin" level all for the price of 1600 MSP or around $20 USD.

You thought cieling cat was bad? I know what you do when no ones looking...

Check it out all you Sony Fanboys, looks like you're finally getting a port of the incredibly popular (and gorey) Ninja Gaiden 2. It will hit store shelves in Japan on October 1st, 2009 and for the US on Spetember 29th, 2009 which is just before the beginning of the holiday game rush. This updated version will feature two exclusive characters and apparently a drop in the amount of its signature gore and blood.

Now all of you PS3 owners can finally stop asking "When LORD? When's gon' be MY TIME?!?!"

So, we all know where babies come from and if you don't then Daddy sticks his finger in Mummy's bellybutton, says a magic word and then 9 months later a penguin leaves a baby in your garage next to the lawnmower. Or something like that.

Anyway one thing I bet you didn't know is how PS3 games and Blu Rays are made, well fear not! For in true Willy Wonka fashion I have a golden ticket and I'm going to share the secrets of how PS3 games and those new-fangled Blu Ray discs are manufactured at Sony's new Australian factory over in Sydney.

Yes, that's right. It's a Tuesday afternoon and you know what that means? WoW servers are down, I have no real life to speak of as the sun burns my soul, I have absolutely nothing to do, and besides, you can only masturbate so many times in an afternoon. So ladies and gentlemen, children of all ages gather around, keep your hands in the vehicle at all times and no eating any of the exhibits. Come and learn something of absolutely no use and humour me.  Click below to see the magic unfold before your very eyes.

Next week sees the release on Games For Windows and XBOX Live the release of Fallout 3's Mothership Zeta DLC.

Releasing on August 3rd at a price of 800MS Points, Mothership Zeta sees you leaving the post apocalyptic world behind only to be trapped on a spaceship orbiting Earth and most likely teaching us that getting out of bed after a nuclear bomb probably isn't the best of ideas after all.

The objective here is to ultimately escape by banding together with other abducted Wasteland survivors and saving them from what one can only assume is a fate worse than alien anal probing and to be back home in time for tea.

There will be new weaponry and clothing available for your character including alien technology such as the Alien Atomizer, Alien Disintegrator, and also a Drone Cannon as well as the rather nifty Gemini-Era Spacesuit and Samurai Armor to wear while fighting alien rather than the usual mutants.

This is the 5th installment of DLC for the game and was said to be the final one until Pete Hines of Bethesda teased us by saying "Never say never, I suppose, but this was always the last one we had planned to do." Does this mean there will be more before the next Fallout full game due next year?

If you can't wait until August 3rd to see what you'll get there are screenshots for you after the break.
