Koei has annouced their planning to bring Samurai Warriors 2 to the Xbox 360 and PS2 this September, after being highly sucessful in Japan. In the second installment of Samurai Warriors, players will once again be in control of Sengoku era generals. And exclusively to the 360 version is two-player vs. play over Xbox Live so you can blame someone else if you lose 2v2 :D. The game also features Story, Free, and Survival game modes, plus multiplayer co-op.

Dire news for the gaming industry, and gamers worldwide as the big companies are pulling their E3 support one after the other. While ESA (Entertainment Software Association) claims that during the following months there will be delegation deciding on the new format and features of the E3 in 2007, it is not going to be the major event that we've all come to know and love through those past 12 years.

As ESA puts it "It will focus on press events and small meetings with media, retail, development, and other key sectors. While there will be opportunities for game demonstrations, E3Expo 2007 will not feature the large trade show environment of previous years."
