During this weekends BlizzConn an announcement was made that Blizzard will be launching a FPS game titled "Overwatch." The game will feature fantasy based maps that will become the setting for 6v6 combat and will feature plenty of characters to fit any play style. 

The game's being billed as "a team-based multiplayer shooter in the vein of Team Fortress 2." Blizzard bigwig Mike Morhaime said in an announcement: "Our goal with Overwatch is to create an awesome FPS experience that’s more accessible to a much wider audience while delivering the action and depth that shooter fans love.”
