For those of you not watching GDC, it was just announced by MGS creator Hideo Kojima that there will be another Metal Gear Solid, 5 - the Phantom Pain. A press release about the game says that it will be out on the PS3 and 360, not a peep about the next gen consoles, and they put out a sweet trailer for it too. The game starts off with Snake coming out of a coma that he's been in for nine years. Man if I thought my back was stiff after doing yard work, I can only imagine how bad his is.

 

New screenshots from GTA 5 have been shown off. Really. I'm as shocked as you are with all of this Saints Row 4 press. But I digress. It shows off a lot of sunsets, stormy skies, skydiving, scuba diving, and other random shenanigans.

 

I mean, really, if we're shooting stuff, EA is jumping up in the air yelling "US TOO!!!" and posted 17 minutes of Battlefield 4 gameplay footage, showing the single player campaign. Oh and a low res trailer. And screenshots.

 

A cosplayer apparently played Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite so well that Irrational Games offered her a job marketing the game! Hey, sometimes being a cosplayer pays off. I saw Kit Quinn and Tallest Silver cosplaying various Marvel characters at the Marvel Heroes booth over the weekend at PAX!

 

The HD remasters of Final Fantasy X and X-2 are coming to North America, and the trailer has surfaced, with some of it is...in German? Huh?

 

Holy crapballs, they've finally released a trailer for The Wolverine movie, with a bunch of insane shit you wouldn't expect to be thrown together at the same time. I'll say this. Train fight.
