Fans of Rockstar's Max Payne series will be undoubtedly frustrated to hear that the third installment of the series will no longer be releasing in March. The new release dates are May 15 for the PS3 and Xbox 360 and May 29 for the PC. This change will push the title out of the current fiscal year for Take-Two Interactive, which will most likely show as a loss.

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelbick has been quoted saying “We do not take changes on our release schedule lightly, and this short delay will ensure that Max Payne 3 delivers the highest quality, groundbreaking entertainment experience that is expected from our company."
