During today's downtime Perfect World have announced that as a thank you to it's community and the positive response their latest game Neverwinter Online has received that they will be giving everyone the Caterday Survivor's pack. The pack includes a whole host of goodies to dress your character up with in game and of course, a few other useful items you can use to make the adventuring a little easier.

The pack contents are two green items, "Stone of Health" and "Cape of Catastrophe" with the blue "Dwarven Facemask" and 5 teleport scrolls to get those lazier adventurers (much like myself) back to Protector's Enclave with the minimum of effort. And if that wasn't enough, there's 2 Adventurer's XP Boosters.

Any charcter created before 5am Pacific on May 19th will receive the pack in their in game mail with a message saying "You Survived!" Each pack is bound to the character that receives it, so there's no selling or passing them on to anyone else.

Also, in Neverwinter Online news, the reason for that rollback this week was due to some very shady shenanigans involving Auction House and Astral Diamnd Exchange exploits which involved rolling back the entire game and a whole host of "corrective actions" and permanent bans. So, in part this free pack goes out to everyone as compensation for what they may have lost in game or any inconvenience caused.

Neverwinter Online is a free MMO in open beta at the moment and has been enjoyed by many of our staff and listeners.
