So, for the first time ever I thought I'd actually use the front page news to showcase my Myspace Song of the Month.

This month the song is "Insane" by New York based rockabilly act, The Arkhams. Hailing from Queens, this act are influenced by the likes of The Ramones, The Cramps, Slayer and many many more from the punk, metal and rockabilly scene. They even term their own sound as "See above, then have it scratched by a Bobcat, Stabbed by a Knife, Touched by a Dirtbag, & stuffed with Beernuts."

The song, "Insane" is also featured on Bethesda's upcoming game, Wet (due out this week) and more than sets the scene for the Tarantino/Grindhouse inspired shooter.

The Arkhams debut album, Road to Arkham is available through Raucus Records in the UK and Bavarian label Drunkabilly Records in the US and can be purchased on Amazon and they have a 2nd album on the way.
