You may remember earlier in the week Discord wrote an article about an indie horror title called ‘Damned’ being developed by a small group of people over at 9heads Games. Me and Discord were intrigued by the concept and craved more knowledge so we caught up with Aymar Pescador – the teams’ programmer – to try and learn more about what they want to accomplish with the game. Earlier this week, those clever boffins across the interweb trawled through one of Valves many updates to their popular Steam gaming service. What did they find? Some loose change that fell behind the sofa and a suspicious icon labelled ‘Steam Trading Card Beta’. Today marks the unveiling of this suspicious button with Valve launching their next effort to improve the community aspects. More on this story after the break...

Whelp, its official; Trion Worlds' mulit-dimensional fantasy MMORPG RIFT will be jumping on the F2P bandwagon this coming June the 12th.  Check past the cut for more info about the conversion, and what it will mean for current, past, and future RIFT players.
