Looks like Square Enix is going crazy with their legal team once again. Following on the heels of last years attack on a couple eBay and Amazon stores who sold replica weapons from the Final Fantasy series it looks like ole Square is now ordering a fan made "sequel" for Chrono Trigger to be canceled and have all work destroyed.
More After The Break

Late yesterday afternoon, NCSoft and Paragon Studios released a huge announcement about what's coming for City of Heroes and Villains. The next major expansion since City of Villains launch in 2005, titled City of Heroes Going Rogue.
The expansion will open up an alternate earth called Praetoria, which is a utopian mirror to our world hiding a dark secret. In this alternate reality, heroes and villains feel doubt about the side they're on, and their loyalties. While they search for the truth behind Emperor Cole and his Praetorian guard, new foes and allies emerge turning the blissful paradise into a battle ground of epic proportions.
City of Heroes Going Rogue brings an all-new alignment system that explores the shades of grey that lie between Heroes and Villains. This will allow Hero characters to become Vilains and vice versa, giving one of the greatest player wishes a full blown reality, the ability to change sides. Check out the official website for the expansion for the trailer.

Just Bruck It
Recently MTV and Jerry Bruckeimer, Hollywoods only explosion rival to Micheal Bay, made an known that they have officially gone gold on a joint venture named, yes it's really going to be called this, Jerry Bruckheimer Games. The studio is going to be headed by Jim Veevaer. Veevaer is a former Microsoft executive and executive producer of Halo 3 and will share the duty (heheheh....duty) with Jay Cohem who recently joined in March and will be the company's president of development.
As for what they'll be putting into production we have no clue yet but from the backgrounds of all of these men we're willing to put money down that its gonna have aliens, guns, and giant explosions. Now the studio has stated they will only be making "original IPs to convery and reflect the high standards of entertainment vaule set by jerry Bruckheimer."
Yeh...soooo we should expect Flashdance the game? You best watch your shit Konami. You may have DDR but Bruckheimer has Kevin "I'm linked to everyone" Bacon.

Ok so we know how hot outside it can get in the summer, daystar burnings and all, so we figured it would be a good idea to inform you on all the awesome classic games coming out for XBOX Live Arcade (and the one for PS Network) this summer to help you stay inside and keep that cool pale monitor tan of yours.
Now we're here to tell you not to get your hopes up too high if you're expecting extra content in these games as all they are including is high def graphics(you ever played 32 bit games on an HD monitor? Not so pretty), leaderboards, and online play for four out of seven titles.

The world and his dog and quite possibly the dog's fleas have all been lamenting the loss of Duke Nukem Forever. Yes, we all know that the game that has been in production since before time began has been canned, but some footage of what you were to expect has been leaked by a former employee at 3D Realms. Now all we can do is live in hope that someone somewhere picks it up and gives us all what looks to be the awesome game we all deserve.
Be warned though, there are boobs in the video and shock! Horror! It's one of those rare FPS titles that has a main character with legs.
Check it out here.
